al-Fatāwā wa-l-ajwiba

defines

Rabīʿ al-Awwal 1349 / August 1930 · §10, p. 260 · Kaolack (Kaws)

A ḥāl that comes over the firmly established ʿārif through the witnessing of Greatness. Opposite to uns, as qabḍ is opposite to basṭ and fear to hope.
